Well, if you want to get technical, that's actually a second clone that was used ito communicate information with Dolly, forming a prototype Misaka network, which also means she inherited the memories and personality of the Dolly who died. Both Misaki and Mitori are aware that this Dolly 2.0 is a different person than her sister.

アイテムがみんなで動く姿が見られたし、たまたま彼女たちを見つけて仲間入りする新しい女の子も出てきた。超美は面白い子だね。グループの中だと少し理后を思わせるけど、もっと不安が強くて大げさに反応しがち。

We see ITEM on their adventures together including a new girl who happens to find and join them. Choubi is an interesting one though. She reminds me a little of Rikou in the group except she's more anxious and prone to overreact.

超電磁砲のアニメで華野を全然覚えてないってことは、この話の最後に彼女がどうなるのか気になる。
かわいそうな絹旗！　映画を期待してたのに、映画館で任務の説明を受けることになった。任務の情報を渡すのに安全な場所とは思えないけど、格好よさ優先ってことか。xD
標的から盗んだほうが稼げるから、情報を取るために依頼人を狙う。実に麦野らしい。
華野の態度からすると、配属先を間違えたんじゃないかと心配になる。アイテムの一員にしては、ちょっと真面目すぎる。
絹旗が人を殺すのをためらわないのは、脳に一方通行の演算パターンが植えつけられてることを考えれば、別に驚きじゃない。
あれ、警策じゃねえか！？　正直に言うと、液体金属の翼を使ってるのを見るまで彼女だって気づかなかった。
警策って昔からあんなに液体金属の人形を出せたのか？　超電磁砲Ｔの黒子との対決も、これができたら違う結果になってたと思う。この戦いのせいで、のちに人形をあまり出せなくなったのかも。

The fact that I absolutely do not remember Hanano at all in the Railgun anime makes me wonder what her faith will be by the end of this.
Poor Kinuhata! She was expecting a movie but ended up getting a mission brief in the movie theatre. I don't think that's a secure place to give out mission intel, but I suppose the rule of cool trumps it. xD
Going after the client for more intel because they can earn more money by stealing from the target is certainly a Mugino move.
I am worried that Hanano has been assigned to the wrong team considering her attitude. She feels a bit too goody-two-shoes to be a member of ITEM.
Kinuhata being willing to kill someone was not really surprising considering she has Accelerator's thought patterns embedded in her brain.
IS THAT MOTHERFUCKIN' MITORI!? Not gonna lie! It took me until the reveal that she's using liquid metal wings to realize it was her.
Could Mitori always use this many liquid metal puppets? I feel like that showdown between Mitori and Kuroko in Railgun T would've been different if she did this. Maybe this fight is the reason why she doesn't have as many liquid metal puppets anymore.

Seriously ? I am like SHE COULD HAVE ALWAYS done this ? Kuroko would not have a prayer. Not to mention with that much soldier she would honestly have a fair shot at killing Mugino and Misaki (Misaki is kinda a counter problem as Misaki easily gets no diffed by Mitori anyway even with one doll if she is on her own but if Misaki was truly desperate she can probably use level 4s to support her by controlling them but if Mitori can have that much i am not sure even level 4s are enough as one doll might just manage to evade and still reach Misaki anyway)

Between FX Senshi and this week's episode, it's once again been affirmed that money (or lack thereof) is indeed the real power/ threat. Lv5 or whatnot, you're on the same standing as a Lv0 if you're locked out of your bank account.

あの戦いはさておき、あの「第六位」の正体に近づいてるのかな？　禁書目録の1期から超電磁砲Ｔまで、正体は一度も明かされてない。でも、やってることや暗部の組織に広めてる恐怖からすると、いいやつなのかも？　正体が出るのが待ちきれない
それから華野。人が大勢死ぬほど事態がドロドロしてきて、正式に合流する前に4人目が先に埋まっちゃったけど、彼女はアイテムに何をもたらすんだろう？
最後に銀行の豆知識。口座は事前の警告なしに凍結されることがある（麦野とやり合ってた窓口の人には本当に同情する。対面だったら、絶対あんなに穏便には済まなかった）。キャッシュレス時代に急な支払いが必要になったときのために、財布に現金を入れておくべき。フレンダの場合はプリペイドのマネーカードだけど、あの服を買えるだけのカードをどうやって持ち歩いてたのかはかなり謎だ。

So… We are doing a job of handling life insurance fraud by taking out someone organising underground death-matches somewhere in the city right? But why the officer from that company got someone from the dark side as their bodyguard as well!!? Did they caught wind of what Item’s way of tackling this matter will be?
Well putting that battle aside, are we getting closer to knowing who in the hell is that “6th Ranked Level 5”? Do note since Index 1 to Railgun T, they never tell us his/her identity, but based on what he/she does and the terror he/she spread among the dark groups, we can assume he/she is a good guy? Can’t wait for them to drop his/her identity
Oh and Hanano, with things getting really dirty with major human causalities, I wonder what she will bring to Item after they got their 4th member in advance before she can really report to the group?
Lastly just a banking tip, bank accounts can be freezed without prior warning (I honestly feel for the customer service staff Mugino was arguing with, had this be a face to face confrontation, things won’t go easily this way for sure), to solve the sudden need of payment in this cashless era, you should really keep some cash in your wallet, or in Frenda’s case, pre paid money cards, though it’s very questionable how did Frenda keep such amount of cards for that clothing they bought.

I'm really curious how Hanano got involved with the Dark Side because, despite her infiltration skills and seemingly being shopped around, she clearly has no experience or innate desire to be a criminal.
And then there's the fact that it seems like they're trying to figure out what to do with both her and Kinuhata but we don't see her in the present-day.

I hope nothing bad happens to that Choubi girl. Maybe the reason we don't see her in the future part of the story is simply because she decided to lead a normal-ish life away from the acad city underworld.

ネトフリで某作品を見たあとだと、アイテムってエッジランナーズのチームっぽく見えるんだよな。金（エディー）のために任務（ギグ）をこなして、「電話の声」がフィクサー役。裏でアレイスター＝クロウリーが牛耳ってる学園都市なんて、リチャード・ナイトが夢見るしかなかったような街だよ。

You know what, after watching a certain other series on Netflix, ITEM kinda reminds me of an Edgerunners Crew. Doing missions/gigs for money/eddies as well as "the voice on the phone" being their fixer. 今回のエピソードは要するに能力者版ファイト・クラブか。保険会社から金を搾り取りすぎたんだろうな。でも麦野は当然のことに気づいた。ファイト・クラブの金を奪うほうが楽だって。確かに、あんまり当てにならない傭兵だ。
車の護衛を止めるフレンダのやり方は面白い。最近の流れからすると、あの自爆ドローンみたいなのを使いそうなものなのに。面白い技術を見せる機会を逃したな。
警策は五和と同じ服で登場。いい感じ。戦いの行方が楽しみだけど、レベル５が相手じゃ明らかに手に余るだろう。

Choubi really does not seem suited for ITEM personality wise, but she's a cute addition right now. I wonder if the if you break it you pay for it line is foreshadowing.
Glad they explained how Kinuhata's outfit got paid for, that left me in suspense last episode.
So current arc is basically fight club for espers, guess they were milking the insurance companies too hard. Though Mugino realized the obvious, it's easier just to rob the fight club for their money. Not the most reliable mercenaries for sure.
Frenda's approach to disabling the car escort is interesting. You would think they would use on of those exploding drones since that seems to be the direction things are going. Missed out on a chance to showcase interesting tech.
Mitori came in with the same fit Itsuwa has. Looks great. Can't wait to see how the fight plays out, though she's definitely bit off more than she can chew against a level 5.

この回で、このアニメ化が狙ってるペースが分かった気がする。いい意味でとんでもないし、文句はない。

Mugino is speaking the language of the gods when she's mad lmao, also Saiai looked like she died inside when she realized it wasn't a movie that they were going to see. And being a NPC in this city has to SUCK, the chances of you dying coming back from lunch to some esper even in broad daylight has to be significantly higher than any traffic accident chance.
After this episode I think I get the pacing they're going for an adaptation here and it's quite insane (in a good way), no complaints here.
