佐々木も異能力者も魔法少女も、隔離空間に巻き込まれることがあるのか。面白い。もっと面白いのは、これだけ違う種類の超常の存在が、お互いを知らないこと。異能力者も、天使や悪魔も、魔法少女も、今まで一度も出くわしたことが無いのか？

So Sasaki, psychics, and magical girls can get caught in the quarantine space. Interesting. I find it even more interesting all these different supernatural types don’t know about one another. Like, psychics, angels/demons, and magical girls have never come across each other even once up until now?

うろ覚えだから間違ってるかもしれないけど、異能力者の話って、わりと新しめじゃなかった？ 存在自体じゃなくて、組織としてまとまったのがね。歴史から見れば新しめって意味で。
一方で天使と悪魔には便利な隔離空間があって、本当の力の脅威にならない異能力者を気にする必要は無かった。異能力者のほうも、誰かに教わらない限り知りようがない……
それから魔法少女。こっちははっきり脅威で、組織にもとっくに知られてる……特に彼女はね。
そこへ異世界が来た。現れたのはついこの前で、隔離空間から外されない力を持っていたせいで、偶然にも天使と悪魔の代理戦争の遊び場そのものに入り込んだ。つまり代理戦争の駒を除けば、異能力者とこの件との接触は、たぶん大昔以来これが初めてなんだ。

I mean, IIRC(Vague memory so might be wrong), isn't the whole Psychic stuff like semi-newish?? Not in terms of existing, but in terms of being organized. And I mean newish relative to history.
Meanwhile Angels vs Demons have their neat containment zones and never needed to care about psychics since they pose no threat to their true powers- and the psychics cant even find out about them anyway without someone telling them...
Then you have Magical Girls who are definitively a threat, and already well-known to the organization... especially her.
Then you get the other world, which only just now showed up and by sheer coincidence managed to enter the literal playground of angels and demons' proxy war due to having powers that prevented them from being exceptioned from the containment- meaning outside of those who act as pawns in the proxy war, this is probably the first contact since ancient times between psychics and this whole thing.

1期の頃から、暗さは端々にあったよ。子どもへの虐待やネグレクト、魔法少女による能力者の皆殺しを、明るく楽しい話だと言うなら別だけど。

The darkness was already there in the fringes of the first season unless you define child abuse/neglect and magical girls genociding psychics as happy cheerful stuff.

主人公たちはデスゲームを知らない。見てるこっちも、前回知ったばかりだし。

もう少し反応してもよかった気はするけど、ある意味ぴったりな気もする。おかしなことが次々起きてるから、ちょっとやそっとの異変じゃ動じないんだろう。
魔法少女は毎日のように異能力者を殺してるから、血には慣れてる。
二人静も、きっと自分の手を汚したことがあるはず。
佐々木のほうは、血をどれだけ見てきたか分からないけど、ピーちゃんに出会ってから世界の見え方がすっかり揺らいでる。むしろ心に傷が残ってもいいくらい。結界を保って、二人静と自分を守るのに必死で、気が張ってたのかもね。知らんけど。

I definitely feel like they should have reacted more, but I also feel like it's almost fitting. There's so much BS going on that they'd be unfazed with any other strange oddities or events.
The magical girl kills psychics on the daily so she's use to the gore.
Shizuka... I'm sure she's had her own hand in killing.
Sasaki on the other hand, I don't know how much exposure he's had to gore, but his world view has been shaken up so much with the introduction of P-chan. If anything, he should have had some trauma from the event. Perhaps it was the adrenaline trying to maintain the barrier and keeping Shizuka and himself safe. idk

もう話の筋がいくつか合流し始めてるのが面白い。局が天使と悪魔のデスゲームのことを知り始めるのも、たぶん良いことだ。
もともとは政治の話だったかもしれないけど、王子の一人の側室にされそうなのを苦にして、エルザが命を絶とうとしてるなら、もう助けるしかないよね。

Interesting to see some of the plotlines converging already. Probably a good thing for the bureau to start to learn about the angel and demon death game that's going on.
It may have originally been a political matter but they pretty much have to help Elsa now if she's trying to kill herself over potentially being taken as a concubine by one of the princes.

正直、お隣さんがようやく周りで起きてることに気づくのが、いちばん楽しみだ。悪魔も魔法少女も能力者もどうでもいい。お隣さんは知ったら、佐々木の周りの全員を殺しにかかるぞ。

Honestly, Otonari finally seeing what's going on has me the most excited. Hell with the demons, magical girls, or psychics; Otonari is going to murder everyone around Sasaki when she finds out.

公平に言うと、あれは少年が二人を殺したのを知らないふりをしてるんだと思う。ただの子どもだと思ってる演技が、かなり下手なだけ。佐々木に想定外だったのは、少年が本来は見えない存在だったこと。それに、「悪魔」というのが相手のことを指してるとは、ちゃんと分かってなかったんだ。

To be fair, I think he is just trying to pretend to not know the 'boy' murderized those people- in a really dumb way of acting like he thinks they're just a boy. The thing he didn't expect was that the boy was supposed to be invisible, and didn't quite realize "Demon" applied to them.

うん、何が起きてるのかさっぱり分からないから、余計な敵を作らないように、とぼけてるだけだと思う。

Yeahhh I think he's just playing the fool because he doesn't know what the hell is going on and doesn't want to make any unnecessary enemies.

主人公はいつも衝突や戦いを避けようとする。もう2期なんだから、慣れてるはず。この回でも、ほんの前回異能力者を（ついでに無関係な人まで）殺した、殺したがりの魔法少女を説得しようとしてたし。

MC always try to avoid a confrontation/fight, you should be used by that as it is season 2. This very episode he was trying to talk down the murder-happy magic girl that murdered a physic (and random people) just the last episode.

あのとんでもないラストから、そのまま能天気なエンディングに入るの、最高かよ（笑）
何はともあれ、今回は気に入った。

いろんなことが起きてるのに、まだ詰め込みすぎにはなってない。

作中の時間はこっちとは違うって覚えておかないと。1話で数時間のことも、数日や数週間のこともある……
それに地球と異世界では時間の流れが違って、それを鳥の魔法使いが調べてるところなんだ。前回話してた比率は覚えてないけど、地球の1日が異世界の1週間くらいだと思えばいい。

you got remember the universe time is not our time. One episode could be hours, days, weeks, ...
plus Earth and fantasy world have different timelines/passage of time, it is one of the things the bird-mage is investigating. I don't recall the rate they talked about last episode, but imagine one day on Earth = 1 week on fantasy world.

あの子たち二人の頭が吹き飛ぶのを見ても、ほとんど反応が無かったのは、ちょっと心配になった。

冗談はさておき、今回はそこまで気にならなかった。天使の弟子たちと出会ったところは少し間延びしてたし、反応が足りない感じもした。でもサイコホラーを見に来たわけじゃない。キャラのおかしな掛け合いを見に来て、まさにそれが見られたから満足だ。

Gore and murder?! Oh, it's just another day pulled from left field in Sasaki and P-Chan, carry on.
Jokes aside, I didn't have much problem with this episode. It did feel a bit drawn out when they met the angel disciplines, and the reactions seemed a but missing, but I didn't come to this show for a psychological horror, I come here for the silly character interactions, and that's exactly what I got, so I'm happy.

能力者に、魔法使いに、魔法少女に、悪魔に、天使。次は何を足すんだ？😅 ちょっと『Re:CREATORS』っぽい。しかも逆異世界ものなのに、普通の異世界ものでもあるんだよな（笑）

So we got a psychic, a magic user, a magical girl, a demon, and angels. What else are they gonna add? 😅 It kinda gives me Re:Creators vibes, but not only is it reverse isekai, it's a normal isekai too lol.

Otonari is considered a yandere now, yes? Especially given she has no qualms killing people now, as long as helps here get the neighbor of her dreams

佐々木と女の子たちと弟子の場面は、正直もどかしかった。緊張が高まってたのは分かるし、あの二人に悪魔じゃないと納得させるのは本当に無理だったのかもしれない。でも佐々木は慎重すぎて、動くのが遅すぎた。結局、あの二人から何の情報も引き出せずに終わった。
それに、少年が弟子二人の頭を潰すのを見たばかりなのに、迷子の男の子みたいにアバドンに話しかけてたのはどうかしてる。

That scene with Sasaki, the girls and the disciple was honestly frustrating. I know tensions were high, and maybe there was really no convincing those two that they're not devils, but I feel like Sasaki was too cautious and waited too long to do anything, so it ended up with him not getting any information from them.
Also it's crazy how Sasaki was talking to Abaddon like he's a lost little boy considering he just saw the kid crush those two disciples' heads.

頭が潰されるのを見たあとであんなに落ち着いてたのは確かに変だと思ったけど、妙なことに、みんなが動じてないのはキャラらしいとも感じた。
佐々木か誰かが天使に気づいて、佐々木たちが悪魔の仲間なのかどうか、天使に確かめてもらえばよかったのに。天使なら悪魔の気配くらい分かるはずだし、その逆もそう。それで弟子たちが納得しなかったなら、まあ仕方ない。

I did find it strange how calm they were after seeing heads crushed, but I oddly enough did find it within character how unfazed everyone is.
I think Sasaki or someone should have noticed the angel, and merely asked the angel to confirm if Sasaki's party were affiliated with demons or something. Surely angels should be able to sense demons and vice versa. If that wasn't enough to convince the disciplines then oh wells.

回の中の説明だと派閥争いで、父親は第二王子の側についてて、第一王子が彼女を人質にしようとした。あとは察しがつくはず。全部この回で説明されてたよ。何がそんなに分からないのか、よく分からない。

the episode explanation was a faction fight, her father works for second prince, first prince tried to use her as a hostage. Rest should be obvious. It was all explained this very episode. Not sure why the confusion?

1期も唐突に新しい要素を出してきてたし、いかにもこの作品らしいよ。
